Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Forestry Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the sale of timber. For the purpose of the present Regulation "directed sale" means a sale by an applicant to a designated purchaser under the terms of a cutting permit or a timber sale agreement. The text consists of 18 sections divided into 3 Parts as follows: Arbitration process (I); Right of first refusal (II); General (III).
