The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the marketing of small quantity of foodstuff sold by individuals directly to the consumer. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Wild living fish and wild growing plants (2); Raw milk (3); Eggs (4); Free living big game (5); Free living small game (6); Quartered game and game meat (7); Poultry and rabbit meat (8).
