Abstract Development Program for Autumn Wheat Seed Cultivation, High Reproduction Seed Production for 2012-2017 is a multi-sectoral nationwide policy document aimed at increase of seed breeding and production of high reproduction seeds of autumn wheat. The goal of the Program shall be to increase stability of agri-food sector by increasing the volume of production of agricultural commodities and promoting high reproduction of autumn wheat (super elite) on the national territory.
