The Development Plan is a national policy with a cross-sectoral approach. The overall purpose of this Plan is to achieve the economic, cultural, social and environmental objectives of the people in the Cayman Islands, through sustainable development. The primary objective of this Plan is to strengthen environmental protection and management to maintain and enhance the well-being and prosperity of all.
