The Fund may provide loans for purposes including: the development, purchase, maintenance and improvement of lands; the discharge of liabilities incurred in respect of the development, maintenance and improvement of lands; the purchase of supplies including fertilizer, machinery required for cultivation; and the purchase of livestock.
