The Order for the preservation of any tree or group of trees shall be in Form 1, a woodland preservation order shall be in Form 2. The Minister shall serve a notice upon owners or occupants of the land affected prior to making an order. Regulations 4 to 7 provide for the possibility to make objections against an Order.
