Abstract

These Detailed Rules are enacted to strengthen the examination and approval of production license of ready to eat vegetables and fruits products in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The Rules provide for the scope of license, and the requirements for verification and approval of production license, including: requirements for production site verification, equipment and facilities verification, equipment layout and process flow, personnel verification, management system verification, product inspection of trial production, etc. Annex 1 indicates basic production process and technology, equipment and facilities and key control points of ready to eat vegetables and fruits. Annex 2 lists requirements for raw material inspection, environmental monitoring, process monitoring and product inspection of ready to eat vegetable and fruit production enterprises.
