Abstract

These detailed Rules are formulated in accordance with the Food Safety Law, the Regulations for the Implementation of the Food Safety Law, the Administrative Measures for Food Production License, the General Rules for Examination of Food Production License (2016), the Good Manufacturing Practice for Dairy Products (GB12693), aiming to strengthen the examination of the production license of dairy products with Ningxia characteristics.
