Abstract

These Rules are enacted in accordance with the Regulations on the Administration of Central Grain Reserves and the Measures for the Accreditation of Qualifications of the Enterprises Entrusted with the Storage of Central Grain Reserve. The Rules consist of 29 Articles divided into 5 Chapters : Application of Qualifications of the Enterprises Entrusted with the Storage of Central Grain Reserves (I); Acceptance, Verification and Report (II); Examination and approval (III); Administration on Qualifications of the Enterprises Entrusted with the Storage of Central Grain Reserves (IV); Supplementary Provisions (V).
