Abstract

This Government Notice of the Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources, made under section 1(2) of the Inland Fisheries Resources Act, 2003, designates the officer stipulated in column 1 of the Schedule of the regional council listed in column 2, to perform the functions mentioned in column 3 of that Schedule. Assigned functions are: (a) receiving applications for and issuing of recreational fishing licences; (b) receiving applications for and issuing the certificates of registration of nets; (c) receiving applications for and issuing of licences to use the recreational fishing charter boat.
