Abstract

The present Regulation enforces the Environmental Assessment Act (R.S.O. 1990, c. E.18). “Integrated Power System Plan” means any integrated power system plan developed by the Ontario Power Authority under Part II.2 of the Electricity Act, 1998. In particular, the Regulation establishes that the Integrated Power System Plan is exempt from being subject to an environmental assessment under the afore-mentioned Act. The text consists of 3 sections.
