Section 2 establishes that the Minister shall not issue a permit in respect of a building or structure within a designated reservoir area unless: a) the building or structure is for agricultural purposes or for water control works; or b) the designated reservoir area, or that part thereof in which the building or structure is or will be situated, is under a town planning zone scheme, a planning scheme, or a development plan. The lands, and the lands covered by water described in Schedule B are established as designated reservoir areas. The text consists of 9 articles and 2 Schedules.
