Abstract

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment Act. The Regulations lays down provisions relating to depreciation of dams and power plants In particular, section 2 establishes that dam and power plant improvements must be depreciated according to the formula indicated in this section. The text consists of 5 sections as follows: Definitions (1); Determining depreciation (2); Maximum depreciation (3); Closure allowances (4); Rounding down amounts (4). Three Schedules are enclosed.
