Abstract: This Administrative Order prescribes guidelines to implement the Upland Agroforestry Program which aims at distributing 4 million hectares of unproductive forestlands under the public domain in order to provide occupants with land tenure security and a source of livelihood, to enhance forest cover of forestlands, develop agroforestry farms and plantations, etc.
