This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication.
Abstract

This Administrative Order, consisting of 14 sections completed by two Annexes, establishes the Chemical Control Order (CCO) for Lead and Lead Compounds. It aims at regulating, restricting or prohibiting imports, manufacture, processing, sale, distribution, use and disposal of chemical substances and mixtures that present unreasonable risk or injury to health or the environment; to prohibit the entry, even in transit, of hazardous or nuclear wastes and their disposal into the Philippine territory
