Abstract This DENR Administrative Order establishes the requirements to be met for implementing the Revised Guidelines in the issuance of Cutting/Harvesting Permits in Private Titled Lands. The following requirements shall be submitted by applicants for Private Land Timber Permit (PLTP): Duly Accomplished application form; Authenticated copy of the land title/CLOA together with sketch map; LGU endorsement (any of the Barangay Chairman, Municipal Mayor or Provincial Governor); Certification from Local DAR officer for CLOA areas; Initial Environmental Examination (IEE); Inventory fee based on existing regulations. The tenure of the PLTP shall be dependent upon the allowable cut granted following the schedule provided in the text but shall not exceed one 1 year at any time.
