Regulation 4 lays down requirements for handling and storage of fish on board of fishing vessels. Regulation 5 specifies hygienic requirements for the processing of fish on board of vessels. Provisions of regulation 6 shall have effect in relation to the grading, boxing and icing of fish, whereas provisions of regulation 7 concern unloading, transport and distribution of fish. Finally, regulation 9 concerns processing, cold storage and sale of fish after landing. Fish of a type or species mentioned in column (1) of the Schedule to these Regulations shall be sorted according to the sizes and weights specified in columns (2) and (3) of that Schedule opposite the mention of that type or species in the said column.
