The Regulations enter into force on 15 September 2009.
Abstract

The present Regulations are made under the Natural Products Act. For the purpose of the present Regulations «Plan» means the Pork Marketing Plan made by the Council under the afore-mentioned Act. Sections 3 establishes that the powers listed therein shall be transferred to the Commodity Board. The text consists odf 3 sections.
