Abstract

With this Notice, the Minister of Environmental Affairs and Tourism delegates the authority to issue permits relating to the carrying out of restricted activities involving any listed threatened or protected species under regulation 3(2) of the Threatened or Protected Species Regulations, 2007 to the Director General of the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism, who again sub-delegates these powers to the another officer of the Department, subject to specified conditions.
