The Proclamation also makes some consequential amendments and changes the designations "Ministry of Urban Development and Construction" and "Ministry of Water and Energy" appearing anywhere in the Proclamation and in other laws, currently in force, into the designations "Ministry of Urban Development, Housing and Construction" and "Ministry of Water, Irrigation and Energy", respectively.
