Abstract

These Regulations are made under the Deep Sea Fishing Authority Act and shall apply to fishing and related activities in the Exclusive Economic Zone of the United Republic. The Regulations make provision for a wide variety of matters relating to fish conservation and management measures, protection of the marine environment and relating to the Deep Sea Fishing Authority.
