These regulations come into force one year after the day of publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

These Regulations carry forward the requirements on conditions that must be fulfilled by deep-frozen foodstuffs. Specific standards are prescribed for the preparation, use of cryogens, monitoring of temperatures, sampling procedures and official methods of analysis of temperatures, transport, warehousing or storage, packaging and labelling of deep-frozen foodstuffs.
