Abstract

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to deep drilling, deep stocking and the extraction of mineral resources by drilling in the Land Berlin. In particular, the Ordinance applies to the establishment of mining industries extracting or stocking oil, natural gas and other minerals; as well as to other drillings subject to mining provisions. The text consists of 162 articles divided into 18 Parts as follows: Sphere of application and definition of terms (1); General provisions (2); Work and health protection (3); Environment protection (4); Machines and other technical working tools (5); Explosion protection system (6); Fire protection system (7); Gas protection system (8); Handling of blasting agents (9); Scaffolding (10); Drilling plants (11); Extraction drilling (12); Salt extraction (13); Stocking of petroleum and other inflammable liquids (14); Pipelines for the transport of oil, natural gas and other substances (15); Monitoring of extraction plants (16); Projection and drawing of drill holes (17); Final provisions (18).
