Abstract

El presente Decreto incorpora algunas enmiendas y nuevas disposiciones a la Ley General del Equilibrio Ecológico y la Protección al Ambiente y a la Ley General de Vida Silvestre, en lo referente al funcionamiento de predios e instalaciones que manejen vida silvestre en forma confinada (como zoológicos, espectáculos públicos y colecciones privadas) y a los correspondientes principios básicos de trato digno y respetuoso.
