Abstract

El presente Decreto, considerando que la destrucción de los hábitats naturales, la cacería furtiva, la contaminación ambiental y el comercio ilegal de animales vivos o sus productos han disminuido peligrosamente las poblaciones de algunas especies de fauna silvestre y que otras se encuentran en inminente peligro de extinción, aprueba las presentes regulaciones para la caza menor y mayor fuera de las áreas silvestres protegidas y de la pesca en áreas silvestres protegidas para regular su aprovechamiento.
