Abstract

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento que establece los procedimientos y medidas aplicables al sector eléctrico para que las actividades de generación, transmisión y distribución de energía eléctrica, en todas sus etapas (construcción, operación, mantenimiento y retiro), se realicen de manera que se prevengan, controlen, mitiguen y/o compensen los impactos ambientales negativos y se potencien aquellos positivos.
