Abstract

La presente Ley tiene por objeto normar, regular y supervisar el uso sostenible y la conservación de los recursos forestales y de la fauna silvestre del país, compatibilizando su aprovechamiento con la valorización progresiva de los servicios ambientales del bosque, en armonía con el interés social, económico y ambiental de la Nación.
