The outer limit of the zone is the one as agreed upon with other States. If no agreement has yet been reached, the outer limit will be the median line measures from the respective baselines from which the territorial sea is measured. The limits toward other territories for which a zone is established by this Decree are prescribed by Acts of the Kingdom establishing the borders for each territory. The Kingdom of the Netherlands shall exercise sovereign jurisdiction with respect to matters of fisheries in the zone as limited by international law.
