Abstract This Decree amends Decree (1994:1716) relative to fishing, use waters and fish culture, in matters relating to aquaculture. Anyone running an aquaculture plant under a permit pursuant to § 16 may temporarily keep and produce more fish and use more feed than what is allowed under the permit making the necessary adjustments, if needed due to a reduced demand for fish as a result of the spread of the Coronavirus. The county administrative board may wholly or partially revoke a permit to operate a plant if certain conditions are met, and may also change, revoke or establish new conditions in an aquaculture permit.
