Abstract

The Decree partly amends Decree 1716, in particular Chapter 4, articles 17, 20-21 (repealed) and Chapter 4, articles 14-16, 18 and 22, and Chapter 6, article 6. The European Fisheries Fund is implemented with regard to coastal fishing, investment in aquaculture, lake fishing, and processing and marketing of fishing activities, measures designed to develop and protect aquatic fauna and flora, fishing landing activities in ports, and overall sustainability development initiatives in fishing areas. The document implements article 22a of the Administrative Procedure Act (1986:223) with regard to the appeal of administrative decisions. Other individual cases decided pursuant to Chapter 2, Chapter 3, Chapter 4 (article 19), Chapter 5, Chapter 6 (articles 3a and 3b) may not be appealed.
