Decree setting up the submerged park situated in the waters of Baia in the Gulf of Pozzuoli.

This Decree provides for the establishment of a protected submerged park for the purposes indicated in article 3, and particularly: (a) dissemination of knowledge of biological and ecological aspects of the marine and coastal environments; (b) performance of studies and scientific research in the field; (c) improvement of environmental resources.
