Abstract This Decree, composed of 11 articles, re-defines the mission, competences and denomination of the National Commission for Sustainable Development of Traditional Communities, previously regulated by Decree of 27 December 2004. The Commission is the body in charge for formulating and supporting the implementation of the national Policy for Sustainable Development of Traditional Communities. The Decree devotes particular attention to the composition and membership criteria.
