The Decree regulates the exportation of livestock and other animals and livestock products so as to prevent the spreading of infectious diseases affecting animals. The State Agricultural Office shall be the principal competent authority. The Decree concerns veterinary controls by public veterinary officers, appeal against decisions of official veterinaries, approval of means of transport and regulation-making powers of the State Agricultural Office.
