It provides for the quality classification and marking of meat. Classification of meat shall be carried out under responsibility of the Meat Inspection Office. Classification shall be carried out by persons appointed as meat classifiers by the State Agricultural Office (art. 1). Article 6 prohibits the sale of unclassified meat using classification denomination, whereas article 7 prohibits inappropriate marking of unclassified meat.
