Abstract

This Decree provides for measures to prevent and limit the spreading of and to eradicate infectious diseases in aquatic organisms. Section 2 prescribes methods for the treatment of dead fish and fish waste and for the discharge of wastewater from aquaculture installations. Applications may be made to the Veterinarian Institute to approve new methods. In section 3, criteria for the approval of methods are set out. Section 4 contains procedural rules for approval of such methods. (6 sections)
