Abstract

This Decree implements provisions of the Act relative to financial arrangements for the handling of waste products of technical activities regarding nuclear power. It contains rules relative charges that must be paid by nuclear power plant operators through the Radiation Safety Agency into the Nuclear Waste Fund and financial support from the Fund as foreseen in sections 4 and 9 of the Act.
