Operative control authorities shall plan their objectives and develop their capacities as for control and supervision. The Decree also defines the application sphere of control objectives for municipal and district authorities and other public bodies. This includes, among other things, wildlife protection and national parks, animal protection, water resources protection, biotechnology, fish culture and use of genetically modified organisms, biotopic, and marine research.
