Abstract

This Decree concerns environment impact assessment and environmental audit as prescribed by Chapter 6 of the Environmental Code. The Decree applies to public planning and measures and private sector projects. It also provides for assessment of transboundary effects. The Nature Conservation Agency shall be the competent authority in Sweden for purposes of the Convention on Environmental Impact Assessment in a Transboundary Context.
