Abstract

This Decree, made under provisions of Chapter 14 the Environmental Code, provides rules for the registration, handling use etc. of chemical products and biotechnical organisms and in particular products to be declared by the State Chemical Inspection Authority to be particularly hazardous products. This Authority shall have regulatory powers in this field. Other regulatory powers are assigned to, among others, the Food Safety Agency. The Schedule to this Decree lists classification of products for purposes of registration.
