Abstract

This Decree establishes the requirements to be met by laboratories in order to be designated for analyzing samples taken during controls performed on organic agriculture products. This Decree was adopted pursuant to article 12 of Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which concerns official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules.
