Abstract The Decree of the Ministry of Economy, which is composed of two articles and one Annex, establishes the list of chemicals and chemical preparations the marketing and use of which is restricted or prohibited. It is not allowed to place on the market hazardous chemicals or hazardous chemical preparations. The list of these chemicals and chemical preparations is specified in the Annex. Names of chemicals placed on the market must be consistent with the names specified in the list.
