This Decree entered into force on 27 June 2007.
Abstract

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of eight articles, establishes the list of inland waters which are particularly significant and beneficial for the development and maintenance of each indigenous fish species, and on fishery administration of those waters. The list of waters of particular interest is specified in art. 2. The implementation of fishery management in those waters should be described in medium-plan for fishery management in waters of particular interest, as specified in art. 3. All the activities, which can worsen the conservation status of native fish species or water status, are forbidden in the waters of particular interest.
