This Decree enters into force on 1 January 2004.
Abstract

This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, which is composed of 31 articles, establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, undertakings for which the transitional period to apply divergent veterinary requirements is allowed, divergent veterinary requirements, and duration of the transitional period. Art. 1 point a contains the list of regulations where these requirements have been specified.
