Abstract This Decree, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on climate change, prescribes the types of activities and gases with a greenhouse (or GHG) effect for which the plant operator obtains a permit for the emission of greenhouse gases and aviation activities and gases with a greenhouse effect for which it is not necessary to submit a monitoring plan. Types of activities of plant operators and GHGs for which it is necessary to obtain a permit for GHG emissions are given in Annex 1 - Types of activities of plant operators and GHGs. Aviation activities and GHGs for which it is not necessary to submit a monitoring plan, in accordance with the law regulating climate change, are given in Annex 2 - Types of aviation activities and GHGs for which it is not necessary to submit a monitoring plan.
