Abstract This Decree, based on the provisions of the Agriculture Act, grants a concession for the provision of public advisory services in beekeeping for the period from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2028. This Decree determines the subject and area of the concession, conditions for contractors, criteria for selection of the concessionaire, start and duration of the concession, method of selection of the concessionaire, content of the concession contract, financial provisions and reporting method, among rules on work performance, annual working programme, method of supervision over the implementation of necessary tasks and rules on termination of granted concession. Consulting in the field of technology, economics and food safety and consulting in the preparation of development plans for beekeeping are listed among other main tasks (Article 3).
