This Decree entered into force on 6 August 2011.
Abstract

The present Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, whioh is composed of 14 articles, lays down provisions on the protection of endangered wild species of fungi in order to maintain the favorable status of these species. This Decree also lays down rules of conduct and a special regime of protection of endangered wild species of fungi. The species protected by this Decree are specified in Annex 1.
