This text entered into force on 4 September 2021.
Abstract

This Decree, based on the provisions of the Environmental Protection Act, and in accordance with the terms of Directive (EU) 2019/904 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the reduction of the impact of certain plastic products on the environment, sets restrictions on certain single-use plastic products for placing on the market in the Republic of Slovenia and requirements for their labelling. This Regulation shall apply to single-use plastic products listed in the Annex, which forms an integral part of this Regulation, and to oxo-degradable plastic products.
