Abstract This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia lays down provisions governing: (1) organization of wine producers; (2) financial support related to the wine sector for the promotion, education and advisory; (3) financial support to private storage; (4) compulsory distillation; (5) other distillation; (5) financial support to grape juice and to the use of concentrated grape must or rectified concentrated grape must. This Decree is composed of 38 articles divided into the following Sections: Contents (Sec. 1); Organization of wine producers (Sec. 2); Support to the wine sector for the promotion, education and advisory (Sec. 3); Wine market structure (Sec. 4); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 5).
