This Decree entered into force on 27 November 2009.
Abstract

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of nine articles and one Annex, lays down provisions relating to death of fish. This Decree applies to case when fish mortality is significantly higher then normal rate of mortality for a given period. In particular, this Decree establishes the way of communication in case of death of fish, determination of the cause of death, the nature and extent of measures to prevent further mortality of fish, removal of dead fish, and changes of fishery management.
