This Decree entered into force on 17 June 2008.

Abstract

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia establishes provisions governing monitoring of catches and marketing of fisheries products. In particular, this Decree specifies mandatory documents to accompany the first sale in the sale of small quantities of fishery products to legal persons or natural persons who have registered a commercial or catering operation. Monitoring of the implementation of these provisions is carried out by the Inspectorate of the Republic of Slovenia for Agriculture, Forestry and Food. This Decree is composed of 17 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); First sale (Sec. 2); Resell of fishery products (Sec. 3); Control (Sec. 4); Penalty provision (Sec. 5).
